Head on : Bike with Car Collision
John Gavella was riding his bicycle with illuminated headlight in a dimly lit shopping mall when a motor vehicle made an illegal turn which threw our client to the ground. As a result of this accident, Mr. Gavella suffered a serous fracture of his cervical spine. Through its aggressive representation, C&S learned at deposition testimony that the driver of the automobile was at fault. C&S also recovered against the shopping center by proving inadequate signage led to the automobile driver’s illegal left turn. The results of this settlement remain confidential.
