Ms. Levy is a seasoned attorney whose practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation. Ms. Levy specializes in representing individuals and closely-held entities in various business-related disputes, including tort, contract, real estate, and employment matters, derivative litigation, and lender liability issues. Her experience also includes class action, bankruptcy, environmental and insurance-related litigation. Ms. Levy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude) and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Colorado, and the Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits.
