Robert Schall, Esq. is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin. Mr. Schall then went on to obtain his law degree at John Marshall Law School.
After graduating, Mr. Schall took the Bar Examination in Pennsylvania and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Mr. Schall opened his own firm specializing in personal injury litigation.
In 2000, Mr. Schall and Mr. Cooper united their superior experience and knowledge of the law in forming the law firm of Cooper & Schall, P.C. In 2017, Mr. Schall and Mr. Cooper joined forces with Robert Levy, Esquire and formed the law firm of Cooper, Schall, and Levy.
Mr. Schall has represented injured persons in all types of personal injury litigation. Mr. Schall has successfully obtained increased insurance coverage in litigation against insurance carriers and obtained results that have changed the law in Pennsylvania allowing insured persons to obtain more insurance coverage so that more insurance would be available to compensate accident victims.
Mr. Schall has worked to obtain significant personal injury verdicts and settlements in Pennsylvania, tirelessly fighting for the victims of institutional and corporate wrong.
Mr. Schall is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and American Trial Lawyers Association.
